从小时候的《名侦探柯南》到《神探夏洛克》，侦探们凭着强大的观察力和推理能力，发现错综复杂案件背后的唯一真相，机智敏锐，果断勇敢，善意而且浪漫，不得不说真是帅惨了。
其实，提及推理经典，早在1995年，美国推理作家协会（Mystery Writers of America，简称MWA）评选公布了史上最经典的一百部推理小说排行榜。评选流程比较复杂，先由推理协会选出本格派、硬汉派、惊悚派等十个主要小说流派的十个代表作家，再由这十位作家选出各流派的十部代表作品，最后由协会会员投票排出名次。因而，这份书单除了一百强的推理小说排名，还有不同流派十大杰作的排名。因为本格派和硬汉派的名作较多，因而都各排了二十部作品。事后，美国还专门出了一本导读类的读本（《The Crown Crime Companion: The Top 100 Mystery Novels of All Time》），来介绍这些经典推理作品。
虽然这份书单已经“有些年头”，但作为推理界的经典，仍不失为一份非常重要的参考书单，想在今天分享给大家。以下就是美国推理作家协会推出的史上最经典的一百部推理小说排行榜，以便大家按图索骥，找到自己喜爱的推理故事。（温馨提示：以下无中译本的仅给出英文名字。）
